@ Nusrat Hameed. Welcome to the blog and thanks for the comment. well my friend what you fail to point out is that while Mr. Zardari is the standing president of Pakistan there can be no cases on him.. So i guess we'll just have to wait and see. Also, as i already mentioned to Mumtaz in the previous comment, we already have existing proof and announced convictions against both Mr. Zardari and the late Mrs. Zardari. Have our minds become this week that we cannot even remember true facts. In this case especially since the convictions are in Swiss courts by Swiss government, so no one can even say that they were influenced by corrupt Pakistani politics. Dragging Mr. Zardari in corruption allegations and maligning his image is vicious. Nothing could be proved against him. All the allegations were leveled for personal vendetta. Everyone knows that Public Accounts Committee is headed by Leader of the Opposition Ch. Nisar Ali Khan and Supreme Court is headed by the Chief Justice known for his records of taking sue motto notices in public interest. If there are any allegations, rather than trumping the drum on media outlets, they should be brought to any of these relevant forums and proven there. President Zardari has been a great help in both war against extremism and raising international assistance for a collapsed economy. Even his worst opponents acknowledge (though in their own sinister fashion) that Mr. Zardari has turned the tide of public opinion against Taliban in a short period through his political acumen.

Check this out.
In just that Swiss account which was frozen since it was proven to be money of Pakistan Govt but later released to Mr. Zardari (under the NRO). Had a balance of about Six Billion Dollars.
He is currently 50 Years old.
Lets supposed he lives to be 75, matlab another 25 years.
If he spends the rest of his life just spending that money.
25 Years = $6 Billion
12.5 Years = $3Billion
1 Year = $240 Million
and as we all know the Dollar is more than RS85
u do the math my friend.

first of my dear brother, thank u for ur comment.
second, well my friend u do say what u say and too some extent you are correct.
magar not at any point am i saying any of the other leaders are any better.
each and everyone of them is corrupt on some level or the other.
and well u did point out that he was in Pakistani jails for soo long with no convictions. but let me at the same point out that crooks arnt going to open their own stories.
If these polititions bring down one of their own, they open the way for their own demise.
what your fail to point out is how there where clear proof and clear convictions in Swiss courts on cases of corruption and money laundering on Mr Zardari and Motarma Bhutto. They both had arrest warrant issued and sentenses announced in that country. (These cases were later nullified on request of the Paki govt under Musharraf as per the NRO) and im sure u can find news articles and official proof around the web as well on this website.

President Zardari has spent almost 12 years in prison on trumped-up charges never proven, even by a court system manipulated by dictators and despots. If you link corruption with someone without having sufficient evidences, it is as though you are hiding it. We all are responsible of corruption in Pakistan but we are not ready to look into our deeds. PPP and Bhutto family is not acceptable to one class despite knowing the fact that people love and support them. In the period of one and a half year of rule the conspirators and hatters of democracy used all the non-sense tactics to remove Zardari but failed. The always forget that President Asif Ali Zardari is the lynchpin of federation, and their conspiracies against democracy will never succeed.
